Ranna® and the Movement Arts
To this day, 2024, as well as being devoted to the visual and creative arts since an early age, Ranna has also been a teacher and practitioner of the movement arts all her life, holding a black belt in Tai Chi (black belt/ 8th degree, 1986) and qualified in hybrid Yoga (Board Certified, RPP, RPE, 2005).
Ranna® Tai Chi℠ - Yang Cheng Fu & Yang Lo Chan long forms, plus 2-person training.Ranna has decades of experience teaching people the long forms of the Yang Lo Chan and Yang Cheng Fu style of Tai Chi. - details and online training are at go to FeelGoodSpace.com . Her lineage is via direct training and grading by Masters Ian Garbett and Erle Monataigue in Australia. Ranna's Tai Chi training includes Qi Gong and martial applications as integral parts of Tai Chi, push hands, specific therapeutic applications of Tai Chi. Ranna trained in the traditional way, incorporating understanding of both the martial and therapeutic applications of Tai Chi. Ranna® Yoga℠ - the Aumgenic℠ & Chigenic℠ SystemsRanna teaches her hybrid Yoga system, the Aumgenic™ Therapeutic Movement system , which she began developing while living in Tokyo (1988-1991). Throughout the years since then she continued to enhance and perfect it as she acquired further qualification in the Movement Arts.
Now, three and a half decades later, her system is helping people maintain physical and emotional wellbeing.
