As well as being devoted to the visual and creative arts since an early age, Ranna has been fascinated by and involved in the movement arts all her life. This led her to becoming a qualified instructor in Polarity Yoga (Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, RPP, RPE) and in Tai Chi (black belt/ 8th degree, 1986).

Ranna® Tai Chi℠ - Yang Cheng Fu & Yang Lo Chan long forms; 2-person training.Ranna is a trainer in the long forms of the Yang Lo Chan and Yang Cheng Fu style of Tai Chi. Her lineage is via direct training and grading by Masters Ian Garbett and Erle Monataigue in Australia. Ranna's Tai Chi training includes Qi Gong and martial applications as integral parts of Tai Chi, push hands, specific therapeutic applications of Tai Chi. Ranna trained in the traditional way, incorporating understanding of both the martial and therapeutic applications of Tai Chi. Ranna® Yoga℠ - the Aumgenic℠ & Chigenic™ SystemsRanna began developing her Aumgenic™ Yoga system while living in Tokyo (1988-1991) and continued to enhance and perfect it as she acquired further qualification in the Movement Arts.
